Knotology

***THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW SOLD OUT PLEASE KEEP CHECKING FOR NEW DATES***

Here at TREEKIT we are delighted to offer this fantastic opportunity to learn new knot craft techniques from one of the most inspirational tree climbers we know.

Waldo Etherington is a world renowned rigging specialist and professional tree climber and gets to explore the biggest trees all over the world. He has completed numerous expeditions for research and conservation and for television and film productions.

As the Chief Instructor at Canopy Access Ltd (CAL) Waldo delivers and develops world-wide BCAP and ACAP training courses and Rope Rescue Workshops. He is the brains behind the concept of Knotology – a method of modern knot craft that makes moving around, and between trees at height, a walk in the park.

Between extraordinary adventures, Waldo is coming to TREEKIT to run a knotology workshop and to share his expertise in modern knot craft to enable you to do more so much with less. It will be a day of tips and tricks to improve your creative tree climbing and rigging ability.

Don’t miss out on this exceptional opportunity – you won’t be disappointed! Spaces are limited to 12 people only. The workshop will take place in our interactive showroom and will be an entirely hands-on practical experience.  Attendees will need 20 feet of supple 8mm – 10mm rope and 2 Karabiners. You can bring your own or you can buy from us on the day.
